About the sessions
You can join online from all in the world. Nothing has been easier! Yuu don’t need to go anywhere. Just choose the class, sign up for it and join online from your home. I travel the world and organize my yoga and dancing lessons on beaches or in nature around the world. The Sharkas Studio runs many classes, where all levels are welcome. However, if you’re a total beginner then I offer also basic individual classes to help you find the confidence you need to get to know your body.

About me
I am a travel enthusiast who loves teaching yoga and spreading good vibes. I have worked in the entertainment industry since 2017, and during my journey as an entertainer, I found the yoga world that changed my life. Yoga and meditation helped me to deal with many things I was going through, so I decided to become a professional instructor to be able to show others how much influence yoga can have on our bodies and minds. In 2023, I became a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and later also took more courses. I am also a certified Yin yoga and Kids yoga instructor since 2024. In 2023, I was working in Fuerteventura, Spain, where I got a chance to lead my first yoga classes as a professional. In 2024, I worked in Rhodes, Greece, as a professional yoga and fitness instructor. Now I specialize in different styles of aqua fitness and teach yoga.
Besides being a yoga instructor, I also work as a language teacher, freelance translator, and copywriter.
I love theatre, dancing, folklore, enjoy learning foreign languages, and working with people. That makes me happy… simply, my work became my lifestyle.
